Essential Plyometrics
Course
Plyometrics, also known as jump training or plyos, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength).
This short workshop gives you some basic knowledge around plyometrics and their purpose in training.
Emphasis is placed on appropriate training levels, training purpose and experience, not to be confused with inserting plyometrics into your program to improve variety.
Training must be legitimate and goal oriented. And taught by an experienced certified trainer.
