Essential Vegetarian Nutrition
Course
A person does not have to eat meat to get all the nutrients they need for good health. A meat-free diet can lead to better health for several reasons.
People can get caught up in the details of paleo, ketogenic and gluten-free diets, but one of the most buzzworthy eating styles at the moment is also super simple. It’s the plant-based diet—one that places less emphasis on animal-based foods and more on dishes derived from the plant kingdom.
This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between the scientific community and grassroots vegetarian organizations.
We use the Book Becoming Vegetarian and we have several resources for you to print off for your own used.
We hope you enjoy this workshop worth 16 BCRPA and CFES credits
